This is a new 9" plate/bowl form that I've been working for the past three kiln loads. The original, pictured on the right, was commissioned by a friend and since I made extras I kept a few myself. Now they've become my favorite pots to use. I brought a couple down to the gallery this last week and I'm firing a few more this week, experimenting with different glazes, for the upcoming Thanksgiving Fair at the Mendocino Art Center. If you have some free time, stop by my booth. The Fair takes place on Friday and Saturday the day after Thanksgiving. -- Cliff
